Engajamento acadêmico em estudantes de pós-graduação na Colômbia

O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar as percepções de engajamento acadêmico em estudantes de pós-graduação de seis universidades da cidade de Cali, Colômbia. Com abordagem quantitativa, aplicou-se o "Questionário de Engajamento do aluno" (The Student Engagement Questionnaire) e utilizou-se uma metodologia de análise de modelos de equações estruturais. De modo geral, os alunos pesquisados apresentaram percepções favoráveis de seu programa acadêmico. Além disso, as percepções positivas sobre as relações dentro do ambiente de ensino-aprendizagem tiveram um impacto favorável no desenvolvimento do trabalho em equipe e das competências de ordem superior (pensamento crítico, aprendizagem autogestionária, entre outras). Esta pesquisa contribui para a compreensão do engajamento acadêmico em estudantes de pós-graduação em um contexto latino-americano pós-pandemia e faz recomendações em nível institucional para promover o engajamento de estudantes de pós-graduação.
