Preparation for Finalizing Studies in Accounting and Finances in the SUM, Cabaiguán, Cuba

Abstract

The work consists of actions targeted at the organization, development and assessment of the training process for students of the professional career: Accounting and Finance at the Municipal University of Cabaiguán (SUM), that belongs to the de Sancti Spíritus University in Cuba, for the culmination exercises. It was thus achieved to involve all factors implied (professors, form master, and guide) in the training of professionals in this field, by means of the different spaces the students are trained in since the beginning of their studies and not as a terminal process; hence the systemic, continuous and systematic features of said actions in a unique line of work.
