Abstract

In this paper the working conditions of students in two degrees of the administrative economic area in a Mexican public university are observed to delve in the analysis of the relation between higher education and employment. To this end, students were surveyed who were pursuing the last year of the undergra-duate course. Methodologically, an analytical model that prioritizes the general characteristics of pay and benefits is employed. Similarly, a multidimensional index was calculated by designing sets of fuzzy logic. As a result, it was identified that the greatest benefit in terms of working conditions is obtained by students whose perception of the implementation of higher education tools is high or very high.
