Abstract

This paper approaches the issues of curriculum adjustments – considered accessibility and integration measures – in areas or courses that are appropriate for university disabled students. Using as an example the case of a specific female student with a motor disability who attends the school of Communications Sciences, we analyze the adjustments made in her case, as well as the academic progress and results. The purpose here is to promote professors’ reflection and acting with university students in general, and particularly with those students who have some accessibility limitation under objectives of normalization and educational inclusion.
