Abstract

In this research report I study the professional career of graduates of communications based on the analysis of their performance and professional development. The combination of scope of performance and stages of development facilitated the identification of five professional experiences: two related to their career, one indirectly related and two not related. Most of the communications graduates work in the field they trained for. However, they are just in their initial stage of development that all communications graduates have to undergo when starting their adventure in the labor market, but it means stagnation for those who have been working for several years.
