Innovación con tecnologías digitales y fragilidad pedagógica: percepciones del profesorado universitario

Resumen

Este estudio analiza la percepción del profesorado universitario involucrado en proyectos de innovación con tecnologías digitales en relación con la fragilidad pedagógica. A partir de un cuestionario validado aplicado a 36 docentes, se identifican diferencias significativas entre la fragilidad individual e institucional. Los resultados sugieren una alta resiliencia personal frente a un entorno organizativo percibido como poco favorable. Se hallan correlaciones entre el reconocimiento institucional y menores niveles de fragilidad individual, así como entre esta última y dimensiones como la creatividad, la actitud ante el cambio y la resiliencia docente, lo que apunta a la necesidad de políticas que conecten las iniciativas del profesorado con condiciones organizativas favorables.
